For the location, this is a "5-star" dining experience, but relative to its counterparts in the region, I give a 4-star rating. A formal dining experience, with a formal price tag, this members-only business club offers a quiet oasis in this small gritty city. Should anyone have the opportunity to dine here, I highly recommend it. They also have a delicious selection of original cocktails and top-shelf liquor selection.
