Firstly the wait time was disappointing (30min) but the food more than made up for it. The cheese was excellent and the sauce had plenty of flavor.
Super Fans was my favorite pizza place around: late night options when every other place was closed, unique flavors and combinations, perfect. I loved it enough to spend $200 on pizza for a party last March. Now, I would recommend Dominos over Super Fans. Extremely rude late night customer service, employees who rush your order, over an hour and a half delivery times for a small pizza at 11 P.M., and employees who hang up on you when you call. Super Fan's pizza is never fresh anymore. The employees are rude with you when you call to inquire about your delivery that was placed over 90 minutes ago. I never thought I would recommend not ordering from a local business, but I would NEVER recommend Super Fan’s Pizzeria again.
***Update: After two deliveries with cold pizza that were both well over an hour later than their estimated delivery time (which was 60 minutes), the owner told my roommate he would refund her. He stopped returning her messages upon not giving her a refund. He never took ownership to the refund which he stated in written form he would. He stated that he knew he had poor customer service and was trying to work on it. (Not in those exact words, but my roommate has the messages). He then placed the blame on my roommate for not receiving a refund. My roommate has the pictures of the cold pizzas. It's just humorous that Jamie places the blame on his customers due to poor customer service skills, salty employees, employees who forget food, employees who get the orders wrong, and below satisfactory food. Save yourself the headache. Papa Johns and Dominoes offer immaculate customer service and food compared to this company.
I'd also like to point out the place apparently doesn't have a very good ventilation system because the smell of burnt crust was very strong. This might bother some but there is always the option to eat outside.
This is the best, great service, out of this world pizza and sandwiches at a fair price. Please .. treat yourself to a hometown palette experience! First 5 star I have ever given.
Very good food but it has gotten a little pricey. However their chubby sandwiches are definitely something special.
Steak n cheese was so Overloaded with cheese it was disgusting. Waste of my MONEY,Never again! Bread wasnt cooked fully ! More cheese then Steak. Best part was the Drink i bought .
