Its a work in progress. Its hard to bring your family here to enjoy it as you fear for your safety. Too many vagrants lurking about. There is a homeless camp underneath the bridge 100 yards away. Besides that issue the place is nice. The lack of police presence is surprising considering the police station is a half a block away.
