Wonderful Park with so many Sports options for Kids to Senior's ! School Sports Programs, Adult Sports Teams.. City Activities always going on! Amazing exercise paths.. Very Nice Adult and Children outdoor pools in the summer time. I don't believe I can list every great amenity but I'll try. Street Hockey Ring's, Baseball, Soccer, Basketball, Indoor & Outdoor Ice Skating Ring's. Antique Car show's, Dog Breeds Showings, Nice Walking & Biking exercise paths. I consider this beautiful park safety to be 4+ stars. I've lived here most of my life and only once heard of a bad report there, which was, supposedly there was a Male flashing himself, police never found anyone or anything to back that up.
Since Fitchburg State University acquired the park, the changes and improvements have been incredible. With several softball fields, 2 Little League fields, a near-mile walking path and the three Ball Hockey Rinks, all within the Park, this is one of the most popular and most used places in the entire City.
Great pool! Only $1 to get in. Also a fun park for kids of all ages to play.
