I have used Lucy's on at least 5 occasions for upholstery jobs. Wilson the owner is wonderful and everything is done exactly right. My last piece was a bench seat that he did the very same day I brought it in!!! Now THAT'S Going above and beyond ...fairly priced and expertly done. He also has a zillion bolts of fabric to choose from if you don't have your own Do not let the look of the shop deter you. Real work gets done here and in a timely manner too !!! I can't say enough good things about them

Although I have yet to frequent this establishment, AND I called past 5pm... the young lady who answered the phone went WAY above n beyond in not only assisting me but even offered some unsolicited INVALUABLE advice! It was the best customer service done right.
I have had several couch cushions redone because my dog chewed them! Lucy & Wilson were wonderful! They perfectly matched the material and got them done quickly, even with boxed piping all around the edges at a very reasonable price. My girlfriend used them and they even came to pick up and deliver her pieces after hours. A very nice couple to work with!
