Customer service was terrible there's a saleswoman by the name of Jessica that was completely rude when I told her that I wanted to change my order. She put me on hold for 15 minutes then got back on the phone like she didn't know what was happening and when I told her that I wanted to change my order she put me on hold for another five minutes and when she picked up she told me that I would have to call back on Tuesday because she didn't know how to pull up my order and see what she had to refund me and she did not know how to refund anything. And when I was trying to explain to her what I ordered she cut me off and said that I had to call back on Tuesday very rudely I don't understand how this place can keep people so incompetent and lack of people skills
UPDATE: I just received a phone call from the store, I believe the girls name was Kaitlyn, she basically called to scold me for my review. I explained the situation and she told me I was misunderstanding the process for getting a new one but it was never explained to me all Jessica said was I don't know if they will order an new one. She kept telling me that "it's not okay" for me to leave a bad review. I was calm on the phone with her, never raised my voice but she just kept saying "it's not okay". She called to put some kind of blame on me when all of this could have been avoided if they had better communication with the customer, which I'll use her words to explain, "it's not okay". Save yourself the trouble and just use rent a center or lease from elsewhere.
Rude staff !! called due to my delivery supposed to be delivered between 10 am to 2pm it's now close to 3pm I called just to get an estimate the lady was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and she rudely said they just behind I asked why I didn't get a call indicating that and she got mad and responded " well how can I give u an estimate if they running behind" and hung up on me again.
Fridge was supposed to be delivered. It was never delivered when they said it was supposed to. They lied and said it would be delivered between a certain time and yup, it wasn't. They never called or anything to let us know why our product that we are paying for would not be delivered. Then they close at 7pm and we could not get a hold of them to see what was wrong after the time that they were supposed to deliver it.
Harassing phone calls, men banging on my door yelling at us, creeping around my apartment building and looking into windows, and when you call to complain they blame you saying to just pay the bill. No wonder why people do not answer their phones when they call.
Ordered a couch from them. The delivery guys came through my carpeted apartment and ruined it with their muddy feet. Not wiping their feet or apologizing at all. Then when it came time to assemble it, they put it together wrong leaving out some of the pieces. Instead of explaining that, they just left! They left without saying anything or properly putting the couch together fully.
I ordered a table online 2 weeks ago. A week went by and no one called me to set up delivery so I called them and they said "we received it 3 days ago, we can set up delivery for next week". I was already irritated because they never called but now I had to wait an extra week when the website said it would be 5-7 days. I just had the table delivered. The delivery guys were very nice but pretty sloppy. Loose Silica beads were left all over my floor so I vacuumed them up before my dogs got ahold of them. I then went to sit at the table and saw that the paint on the table was completely flaking off. I also noticed that they forgot their drill so I called the store and the woman Jessica was also kind of rude. She answered the phone with an attitude and I told her and she was like well they can take the table when they come back and I told her I already got rid of my other table and asked to hang on to this one while they order an new one and she said I don't think they are going to order you a new one and then put me on hold. When she came back on the phone she said the guys would look at the table when they come and abruptly hung up the phone. The guys came back and there was no communication between the woman I spoke to and the guys, they went to leave without looking at the table. He then took a picture and said that the store will contact me about repairing the table or replacing it. Very underwhelmed and disappointed with the service I received in the past two weeks.
I ordered two box springs that were supposed to be delivered on Friday between 5p & 6p. No one called to confirm. No one called to say they would be late. No one showed up. When I called, the guy who answered the phone said they were running late. I called three times. On each occasion the guy said, 15more minutes after the first 30minutes. I called numerous times after 7pm and no one answered. I kept getting a fax line - Only to see on Google that the store closed at 7pm. But online on their website it says 8pm. I will be returning those box springs and taking business elsewhere. That is very unprofessional! Now I have to start this process all over again!
