I woke up this morning with my tooth and jaw aching. With no dentist in area yet, I figured I would be suffering all night and into tomorrow. I've never had a dentist be as polite and reasonable, respectful, and steady handed with the Novocain. I am so pleased with my experience. X-rays, and extracted prescription, now I'm home relaxing. Thanks doc. Appreciate that!
I first went to Perfect Dental about 2 weeks ago for a cleaning. After the cleaning, it was determined that I needed a filling. They were able to schedule the filling for the very next day which was convenient. I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review to make sure that the filling held up, and so far it definitely has–Dr.Ben did a great job.
Both the hygienist that assisted with the cleaning and the hygienist that assisted with the filling were quite friendly and helpful, as were the 2 receptionists. I highly recommend this facility.
I would recommend this place to anyone when it comes to getting a tooth pulled! The staff are super nice and courteous Kayla one of the dental assistance made me feel comfortable and reassured me that the doc is very good at what he does that I would t feel a thing and I didn't! !the dentist himself is super nice. I think he knew I was a little more nervous that I led on but he did everything in his power to assure my comfort , and it was painless . Definitely getting my dental work done here in the near future. Thanks guys!

I was really skeptical about Perfect Dental at first, even after reading so many positive reviews my dental anxiety was still not persuaded. When I could not take the pain of a bad tooth I called to have it pulled & they fit me right in. Overall the staff is very kind and accomodating. The dental hygienist I had prior for a cleaning is wonderful, friendly and part of the main reason I came back for the extraction...that being said Dr. Ben has surpassed any and all of my expectations and my needs. I was up front with my anxiety and my concerns but he completely rid my mind of any negative or anxious thoughts. He made sure I was completely comfortable and took the time I needed to be certain I would feel no pain. Two teeth extractions done within the hour with no pain at all. I don't think anyone ever leaves the dentist happy in most cases but the relief I feel made going worth it. Dr. Ben is fantastic and I would suggest him to anyone adult or with a child and I will def. Feel comfortable and confident knowing my teeth are in his hands (literally)!!
Due to a pre-existing panic diagnosis, I was VERY anxious going to the dentist today. I had not been for many years and had several concerns. However, the people there were so sweet and kind and comforting. Dr. Dimitri, he listened and listened to me talk for an abnormally long amount of time because of the many issues that concerned me. He was patient, did indeed listen to every word I said, and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. He explained everything before he did it, and did a great job. Diane, his assistant, who took all of my x-rays, was just excellent also. Instead of being businesslike and cold, these people are warm and comforting, including the front desk. It really makes such a difference! There was a little waiting period and I must've gotten five apologies for that, which was no problem. I HIGHLY recommend Perfect Dental.
