Cheap cars and they charge as they where premium, not open on sundays, they say they pick You up and the dont cause saturday they are only open for 3 hours, sundays closed so bad weekend service
1/16/17 It is now over 3 weeks since we sent in the requested information and 5 months since the incident and we still have heard NOTHING from Enterprise management. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They just don't care!
No complaints. There was a glitch in prematurely charging my account for a rental insurance was to pay for but it was fixed before it caused any problems. No problems with the car. The arrangement with the repair shop made it convenient to pick up & return the rental car.
My wife and I rented a car from Enterprise this past August. The car we rented smelled like an ashtray. When we went to put something in the console we found a bag of hashish and a box full of cocaine. When we called the police they told us that if we had been stopped and we had looked for the registration in the console and found the drugs or if they had smelled the car and found the drugs that we would have had a very bad day.
WARNING: Never rent from this organization. Car full of drugs! We could have gone to jail! And management does not care.
Too expensive for not much in exchange.not renting anymore from Enterprise

We discussed the issue with the local Enterprise management several times and asked to speak to a senior manager about the issue but no one ever returned our call. They have had over 3 months to get back to us but never returned a call. The management basically made us feel that their customer service motto is "go call someone who cares".
