Complimentary service for minor fixes, and flexibility for those large, unexpected repairs. Professional staff and technicians - they never talk down using auto repair jargon, and they explain what's being done. They also stand behind all their repairs and will fix any mistakes (luckily I've had few if any).

They have an inventory of high-end used vehicles, but they also stock vehicles for all types of budgets. They may not stock the cheapest cars, but they have high-quality cars at good values. If you use KBB for your pricing, so does Rick Ruberti.
