I've been a customer of Bob's for about a year, he's been great to work with. Independently owned, very accomodating to late payments, helpful with switching units and called me once when my unit wasn't secured properly. Units themselves are fine, only 2 sizes being available were weird but I guess that's how most storage units have them. Climate controlled were what I used, and it worked great. No damage to my items, no bugs, etc. Would use again and very worth the money spent.
I have been a customer with Storage Space Rental for a few years. The service has been good, until this month September. I moved out of a unit, and was disappointed to be told by Bob the Manager that he would return my deposit to me. He said that it was because I took to long to move out. He could not rent it anyway because the springs on the door were not working very good. I would not refer anyone to this Storage facility.
The office is tiny and only one guy operates the place so be prepared to wait if there is someone in front of you. It's a storage facility. Don't expect a lot. I used them for a car dolly that we used for a cross country trip. It worked. Again nothing special.
