Long waits. Dark, unappealing interior. Service attitudes ranges from friendly to brusque to "I loathe my job and wish I were anywhere but here." It would help immensely to have a postage machine, so you wouldn't have to stand in line just to buy a book of stamps. But at least there's free parking on the side.
Always keep their lines moving and always cordial
Some workers are friendlier than others but for the most part every time I drop in things go smoothly. I get Amazon packages fairly often and they have yet to loose one of my parcels. So far so good, been useing this post office for almost 5 months now, will update review if things change.
Usually have to wait in line for a while but once we get up there the workers are kind and try to move quickly...some of the mail carriers seem to not care so much about where they leave your packages. Just drop them off somewhere and say they've been delivered even if dropped off at wrong place.
2 packages lost without explanation within 4 weeks of each other. Carrier stated it was left in my locked box & it wasn't & because it says delivered im not able to file a claim. Called & asked what to do & was hung up on.
