Absolutely terrible!! We went as a party of 8. 7 of us got our food and one person had to wait another 15 minutes for a southwest sampler. My father ordered his second Heineken and had to wait for 20 minutes for a draft beer. 20 minutes! Crispy chicken strips were so hard I thought I broke a tooth. Forget trying to order a coffee.... waited for 15 minutes for it and when we asked for sugar that wasn't sweet n low or Splenda they brought some out in a paper cup for us. The garlic bread that came with the COLD buffalo chicken Mac and cheese was covered in black pepper. Too many waiters and waitresses standing around to have service that slow. In summary, slow waitstaff and food was one small step above Alpo. I'd suggest spending money somewhere else where the staff appreciate your business enough to perform their duties with care and respect for customers.
I consistently have good service and good food from this location. I can only remember one time they may have gotten a minor thing wrong. They have good people working here and I go back frequently .
Place wasn't busy...Soda was flat, service was slow, no one asked how it was, food was subpar... Wings should be better at a "wing place". Just wanted to get out of there ASAP.

After being seated it was about 20 minutes before we were even greeted by a server (which only happened because we said something) Although the waitress was friendly, the service was very slow, our food seemed to have been waiting on the line for sometime because it was warm, not hot.
