Pretty decent place. Good staff!
I asked the employee behind the counter what they have for pilsners, and I get an eye roll and stammered response: "Uhh... I don't really know much about pilsners." ....and...period. That was his contribution. No follow up no offers to help me look just "I don't know" Really? This wasn't a hard question. Forget for a moment that Pilsners aren't exactly an unknown or fringe type of beer, and that it's not unreasonable to expect an employee AT A LIQUOR STORE to know what one is. Good thing I didn't I ask him anything about wine, his head would have probably exploded! This wasn't some dumb millennial either, this was a middle-aged man. He couldn't even be bothered to check his inventory or the computer? So I walked out. This and the Wyman's at Railroad Square could use a couple customer service pointers from the downtown Leominster location.
Always clean and well stocked, employees are helpful and even stayed open past opening when I pulled up at closing time.
Always have a large,fully stocked selection
This place is open irregular hours and though it says that they're open on Christmas Day it isn't.
