Always very happy with the quality of the service at Independent. It's the only place I will take my Louis Vuitton scarves to for cleaning.
Service was OK. A little longer than normal turn time. Building was clean and people were friendly. When I brought in 15 pairs of pants and 20 shirts I asked if there was a discount for bulk orders. On the expensive side. They do not offer a bulk discount. Whereas other locals businesses offer tiered pricing. As an example the first five pairs of pants are set price. The next set have a reduced price. The same with shirts. I moved to a different place and saw no drop in quality. I saved 20% going elsewhere. On a bill of over $100 that can be $20-$30.
