The customer service is really bad I will never go their again. My husband and i were the only customers in the store and it took at least 30 min before we were helped, when the guy finally help he assumed we could not afford to purchase a pellet stove the guy who was some what helpin had to leave to unload a delivery at a warehouse and no else had the desentsey to assist us.That's ok our money went somewhere else with better service and friendlier people.
customer service sucks never buying any thing else there not even parts would not recommend them to anyone sort of the used car salesman of the wood stove industry
