This place is amazing. The staff really makes you feel like family right away. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a full body workout. It is challenging at first but the instructors really take the time to break everything down. I am already starting to see results and have grown so much stronger mentally and physically.
I took advantage of their special offer for 3 classes and FREE gloves. I had never taken a kickboxing class before that we actually got to punch & kick a bag. I knew after my first class that this place was where I wanted to be. I had so much fun, the class went by so quick, and I got a great workout! I couldn't wait to go back. I had so much energy after the class, I felt great all day. You have to give it a try, you have nothing to lose, and everything to gain!
