a medical office, hands down. Very
rude, disrespectful and non empathetic. Have been waiting 2 days for a prescription to be called in and are not willing to help whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend this office if you actually need treatment(nor any other reason) Wouldn't even check my charts to see if I had a tetanus vaccine. They act like you are putting them out when asking for the smallest thing, which in my case was a pretty big deal. They over book and you can never be seen if you need immediate attention. Their favorite response is "Go to the ER." Waiting two days for pain medication is ridiculous. Once again, to summarize: rude, uncaring, unprofessional, unorganized, and arrogant. I will be transferring my records come tomorrow. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Dr. MarkAddy has been there through the good and the bad. I had an emergency and she was able to fit me in first thing that morning. She has always been kind, knowledgeable, and a great educator to any questions that I have. With a change in jobs her practice has the ability to accept an array of health insurance plans, and as with any family practice there are many people that come in expecting to be seen right away, but sadly lets be real life isn't perfect and things happen but she still can come in and treat her patients with respect even though she is having a rough day.
This office is the worst medical office I have ever encountered. Awful, awful, awful on every level!
