The only saving face from a one star review is that the place is nice and always clean and well maintained. The service here is always consistently awful. If you don’t care about that, the food and overall cleanliness exceeds expectations regularly.
Remember this is McDonald's so keep your expectations in check.
We didn't get napkins. My own pet peeve.
Absolutely terrible. No manager available and they ran out of change. Had to just tell them to keep it. No creamers or sugar in lobby for coffee, no one asked just black. Others orders all screwed up and no change waiting while their food hot cold. Had to go back and ask for cream, then saw no sugar. Wife had packet and said never mind. Screwed up operation. Fire the manager.
Four of us and accurate order. I chipped my tooth on something hard in my Big Mac... very giny, but still. I was out voted. I wanted 5 Guys first then Burger King - all within 250 yards of each other.

Ok, it's McDonald's what do you expect. This is Fitchburg so factor that in also. Sometimes it's fast and sometimes its slow. Sometimes the customers are slow and sometimes they are from the Burg. Usually I have a decent McDonald's experience, the staff is usually attentive and courteous.
Service has been going really slow lately. They really gotta work faster & more accurately. Less talking etc & more working
