I couldn't even make an appointment, the one named tina was actually saying, "make an appointment now or hang up". They wouldn't even let me decided on a time that could fit into my hectic schedule of college and 2 jobs. Im sorry, I work a 60 hour week! Will never go if thats how they treat you over the phone, I'll never let them touch my hair!!! NEVER!
